We are THRILLED that you're considering hosting your party at Bojangles! Whether you're having a Baby Braai, a Kitchen Tea, Baby Shower or a Birthday Bash, we're ready to roll out the red carpet for you..  

Option 1: Indoor Venues - add a Braai Boma

Hours for indoor venue and braai boma are as follow:

  • Saturdays: 08:00 - 14:00 OR 15:00 - 21:00
    Full day 08:00 - 16:00 
    Additional time available at an hourly rate.
  • Sundays: 10:00 - 16:00
    NOTE: The set-up, event and break down time is included in the time slot.
    Guests arrive only from an hour into the time slot, due to set-up being in progress.

Included:

  • Both indoor venues are fully equipped and private with wooden tables and relaxed seating.                                                                             The elegant-rustic Patio seats up to 35/40 guests and has a lovely view on the pool, lush garden and kid's play area.

    BikiBos indoor venue is a private hide-away in a natural garden, surrounded by huge trees and summer overgrown. Hosting an abundance of birds, enjoy the bush veld right here in Shere. BikiBos seats 45/50 guests with ease in a relaxed woodland vibe.
  • Table runners, cutlery, crockery and selection of glasses
    Food serving station, cake table and a gift's area.
  • Beverage station with mugs, teaspoons, milk jug and sugar pot, use of urn at extra cost.
  • Complimentary decor of your choice (floral vases, flower boxes, votive candle holders, pampas or greens
  • Braai Boma: Relaxed seating (wooden benches, chairs and/or hay bales)
  • Built-in braai or Drum Braaiers and metal fire baskets
  • Food serving tables
  • Large sink bath for drinks and ice
  • Provide your own wood, fire starters, braai utensils etc.
  • Cleaning service post event

Bathrooms: tidy and equipped with nappy changing facilities. 

                        Swimming pool: The pool at The Patio, can be booked at additional cost.                                                 The pool can be secured with a net, by prior arrangement.  

Additional items are available for rent from the venue. Please check availability with us.

Option 3: Combined Baby Braai

      Very popular venues for hosting a Baby Braai, as our fully equipped indoor areas, lush gardens            and Bomas  are spacious with a tranquil vibe and featuring braai facilities. Not only, do we provide          all the function essentials, we also do the set up of seating, tables, cutlery, crockery and glasses.          On arrival of your guests, you can sit back and relax ...  your occasion is sorted!

Hours are as follow:

  • Weekdays & Saturdays: 08:00 - 14:00 | 15:00 -  22:00
    Full day 8:00 - 16:00
    Additional time @ an hourly tariff
  • Sundays: 10:00 - 16:00 or as arranged with your host.

Enjoy our fully equipped Patio or BikiBos venue for the ladies and adjoining Braai Boma for the guys! The  indoor venue features wooden tables and relaxed seating. The Patio has a lovely view of the pool and lush gardens and the adjoining braai Boma, that is perfect for the guys. BikiBos, perfect for the nature lover,  features a woodlands look and feel, hidden in summer foliage. The garden area, equipped with braai facilities while surrounded by shady trees is ideal for hosting

  • Boma venue @ The Patio or underneath the huge tree at BikiBos Boma.

Ideal for a baby braai, family gathering or kid's party with a braai for the adults.

  • 08:00 - 14:00 | 15:00 - 21:00 | Full Day 08:00 - 16:00

Included:

  • Food tables with table cloths, braai drums and relaxed seating
  • Complimentary  decor from the 'Outdoor Collection'
  • Cutlery and plates for adults. (Paper plates and unbreakable cups for the little ones are provided by the client
  • Selection of glasses for outdoor use.
  • Picnic pallet tables available for the kids. Bring your own cushions and blankets.

Indoors bathrooms: tidy and equipped with nappy changing facilities. 

       When not in use, The pool @ The Patio Venue can be secured with a net, by prior request, for                               your children's safety.

    Hours are as follows:

    8:00 - 14:00 | 15:00 - 21:00 | Full day: 8:00 -16:00

    Included:

    • A charming indoor setting with wood tables and seating, use of a fridge and food serving area
    • Indoor communal table with cutlery, crockery and glasses for guests to help themselves.
    • Use of the swimming pool
    • Coffee station with mugs, bamboo stirs, sugar pot and milk jug. Use of an urn at extra cost.                                                                                                 Client provides own coffee, tea, milk and sugar.
    • Picnic palle
    • Provide own wood/charcoal, firelighters, braai utensils and ice
    • Indoor setting with with tables, plates and cutlery

    Bathrooms: tidy and equipped with nappy changing facilities.

                                                     This package is available Monday - Friday.                                                                                                                                                The picnic & braai area is included along with the use of the pool. A treat for the kids and parents!

    • Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 17:00

    Included:

    • For the kids: Pallet picnic tables, food and/or cake tables with table runners
    • For the parents: a braai including braai drum, cutlery and crockery, casual seating and food table.
